New Monochrome Printers From Konica Minolta

Konica Minolta released two all new monochrome printers on Monday for its business oriented consumer base. The two new monochrome printers include a whole new Bizhub 20 and Bizhub 20P. The Bizhub 20 is a multifunction printer (MFP), while its sibling the bizhub20P is a single function printer.

Both the Bizhub 20 and the Bizhub 20P comes with a print resolution of 2400 by 600 dots per inch (dpi) and are monochrome laser printers. The rated print speeds for both the printers is 32 pages per minute (ppm), and the feature set for the two includes fast Ethernet and USB 2.0 ports and a 150-sheet paper tray.

As per the Konica Minolta, the toner cartridge of the printer has an 8000 page yield, while the drum unit of the printer comes with a page yield of 25,000 pages.

The color scanner for Bizhub 20 comes with an optical resolution of 600 by 2400 dots per inch (dpi) and comes with a maximum scanning size of 8.5 by 14 inches. You can also use the scanner of the printer as a copier, and it also has a 50 page automatic document feeder.
